How a Property Gets Mapped to Done
Survey
We walk every acre reading the fall, the fill, and the water that gathers where the lay of the land drops. Total-station shots and hand notes become the first honest outline of the job, a base frame that every later sheet builds on.
Design
Survey lines grow into formal plans. We set every terrace, zone, and plant pocket on the map before the first machine answers the call, so the ground only has to be moved once.
Grade
Cuts walk toward fills and the sheet comes to level. We hold the bench marks tight and watch the drainage fall, turning a churned yard into a stable, dry platform ready for life.
Plant
Root balls go in where the soil and the moisture class agree. Native cover rows the beds, and the young transplants find their pockets just where the selection tools said they belong.
Maintain
